Anastas Gogov is a father, a partner, a human synergist, an outdoor aficionado and life explorer. He is the founder and chairman of The Management Board, a business organization that supports the development of companies of all sizes and helps them to establish themselves as leaders in their segment. As a mentor, advisor, executive coach and consultant, Anastas works with entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, CEOs and Board of Directors members. He has experience with start-ups as well as with large corporates and established businesses with over 70 years of history. Anastas has profound expertise in working with family businesses and training and mentoring the next generation of executives.

Anastas possesses MSc in Industrial Management at Technical University of Sofia, MSc in Defense and Armed Forces Management at Defence College “G.S. Rakovski”, graduate from Council of Europe Bulgarian School of Politics “Dmitri Panica” and Google’s SIYLI. He is NLP Master Practitioner and Debates Coach.

Anastas Gogov has served as CEO, Regional Director, Country Manager, Foreign Trade Consultant, International Project Consultant, Head of Business Analysis, Executive Coach and Lobbyist at companies such as High Achievers, Human Value Bulgaria, Coca-Cola Enterprises UK, Hemini, EXPERIAN and the Founder Institute. Anastas is also ABLE mentor and has served member of the Advisory Board of BESCO – The Bulgarian Startup Association. He has worked as a consultant for some of the largest IT companies, banks, utilities and technology companies in London and worldwide.

For the last 15+ years of his life, Anastas has been supporting a number of social causes with a focus on development and support of adolescent children and teenagers entrepreneurs. Hi!Achievers academy is the 8-days transformational event that Anastas created in 2014 specially for teenagers who want to uplift themselves and become exemplary leaders, setting personal example.

Currently, Anastas continues to actively contribute to improving the entrepreneurial climate in Bulgaria. His most recent major project The Management Board is membership based peer-group organization of thought leaders – entrepreneurs, business owners and CEOs, to support leadership development in business organizations in Bulgaria. 

He is also founder of the Strategic Leadership Forum (est. 2016) – annual summit for strategic decision makers, dedicated to the latest developments in the world in terms of technology disruptions, international relations and politics, leadership and management and trends in the development of the human society as a whole.

In December 2023 Anastas started The Legacy Way Podcast – the podcast in which with his guests talk honestly about business and money, leadership, culture, social processes, politics, technology and innovation, AI , health and wellbeing, philosophy, psychology, mysticism and spiritual development, happiness.
