Abstract. The article presents an overview of thinking about a positive change as a tool to get
out of the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, challenges are faced by business owners and
managers who make the latest decisions in their organizations.
The perspectives of strategic and organizational thinking, leadership and personal mastery and
effectiveness, behind the role of the senior manager, are considered. The perspectives of social
support to deal with stress and the adaptation of employees to deal with stress in the new reality
are affected.
Emphasis is also placed on the importance of “quiet problems” in organizations, as a
phenomenon that is often neglected or unrecognized. Good practices and mental models for
self-reflection are summarized, and the proposed models can be in separate team coaching
sessions
